Delivery
We process orders Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM AEDT. We hustle to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Your shipment tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. This tracking number can be used for shipping status questions. If you cannot locate your parcel, please email us at orders@wanderlust.com.au – we’re always happy to help.
We currently only deliver to Australia. We’ll get your order out ASAP, but we cannot guarantee exact shipping times. The expected delivery times listed below are estimates only.

Returns
While we take great care with all wellness orders, if your order is missing an item or contains a damaged product, please contact us orders@wanderlust.com.au
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photograph of your items/ delivery package (if relevant)
We accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The product is faulty, and
- You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.
Should you experience an adverse reaction to a Biohack product, or any quality concerns with your product, please get in touch with us at orders@wanderlust.com.au immediately for guidance.
Change of Mind Returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of our products simply because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.
